The guiding philosophy of Ananda Marga Schools is Neo Humanism which was founded by P.R. Sarkar (1921-1990).  Neo Humanism expands the underlying spirit of humanism, which is love and respect for all humanity and extends it further to include love and respect for plants and animals.
