Classroom Teachers
Every teacher that is employed at Vistara Primary School is Primary School Trained and meets the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Teacher accreditation requirements.
Each teacher is carefully selected based on a range of criteria. These include the understanding and application of the NSW Syllabus, their passion for educating students, support of the school ethos, commitment towards understanding and applying the Neo-Humanist principles into their teaching.
Vistara Primary School teachers plan, create and implement educational programs to assist in the intellectual, physical and social development of students, considering the individual needs of each student.
All staff at Vistara have a high level of commitment to professional development and participate in ongoing and regular learning about curriculum, philosophy and research based best practice throughout the year.
